  I will not return. I called to schedule a cleaning since I recently moved to the area and haven't seen a dentist in 1.5 years. I was told I had to see the dentist first then they would determine how much time to allot to the schedule for a cleaning on another date. Odd, but I went with it. 2 days later I show for the appointment, see the doctor and am told I need a scaling. Duh! That's why I made the appointment. I am walked to the front to schedule said scaling and then told I need a deep cleaning which requires local anesthetic. And, since my insurance is new they can't tell me how much it will cost me? Say what? My teeth are no where near that bad. The receptionist gets a little testy with me when I say I'm not scheduling that and I want to get a second opinion. When I finally get out of there. The doctor calls me with some BS story about how the receptionist misunderstood, she is new, the doctor doesn't feel well today that's why she didn't do the cleaning today. Yadda yadda yadda... this all after she says the hygienist does the cleaning. Again, duh! I HAVE been to a dentist before. I will be calling my insurance company and the state Board of Dentistry to file a complaint. How many people do they scam with this set up? Hopefully, I'm the last. Now I need to find another dentist and still need a cleaning. Thanks for wasting my time.
