  Dunkin as a brand is nice but there is one guy that whenever he is at the drive thru window, something about my order goes wrong. I've gotten the wrong drink, burned bagels, and even items left off altogether. On top of that, he even has a bad attitude sometimes and rushes you away.
  
  I've called back to find Rina (store manager) is very nice and has no problem fixing the order, but that guy makes the experience a little less than enjoyable because you just don't know what you're going to get.

  You have to know what to expect to get a great experience at this location. There is a traffic issue at the entrance each morning, so the staff seems to optimize for moving cars through as quickly as possible. Be ready with your order and money, and you will get your correct order super fast. They seriously churn cars through here like nothing I've ever seen. With that comes no real sense of report with the staff. They seem nice, but there is no time to chat. Hand them money, get your stuff, move along.
  
  Only problem I have is that they sometimes will ask me to pull into the next door gas station to have someone bring me an item that is taking too long to make. This always makes me cringe, and has led to more than one huffs between them and I, when there is no room at said gas station, or I don't want to have to wait for them to send someone out. But again, expect it to be optimized for expediency to keep traffic clear, and you are unlikely to be disappointed.
