  Absolutely the worst renting experience of my life. Lived at one of their properties for nearly two years. the apartment was outdated but enough for what I needed. About 8 months into my first lease the surface of the bathtub and sink began to peel. I called and made a request which was immediately responded to and I was told it would be handled ASAP. Fast forward 10 months, yes 10 months and the resurfacing still had not been done. I had multiple appointments scheduled that they never showed up to and my calls began to come unanswered. When they sent me a notice to renew my lease, they finally began to respond to my calls. They then said, well if you renew we will come resurface the sink and tub. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They wanted me to renew to do the work they promised now 11 months earlier. Needless to say I did not renew and have moved elsewhere. I used @properties - Maggie McCann. but that is irrelevant in this review. Now that I have been out of the apartment since officially September 1st, I am still waiting for my Security Deposit Refund. The lease agreement and documentation I received wen moving out stated that within 30 days I would receive my refund. 47 days later I am still waiting. I called today and the receptionist had the audacity to raise her voice at ME. Never again will I use their services, and I hope this shows you that they do not deserve your business either.
