  Refused to replace a button stating that it was silly, normally they just include it with a cleaning, due to the cost(they only charge a dollar and the ticket is 10¢, etc.), which was reasonable enough. Initially this was a pleasant encounter, however as I left he followed me outside. I checked my phone to see if my fiance texted me, and he started harassing me saying I only came there to park. I showed him the spot where I had no button and said look I really don't have a button on my coat. He kept saying no how dare you waste my time with this nonsense (note the place was empty), I said what is wrong with you! Then he said just go, and I said fine. As I opened my door to get in my car he says disgraceful, upset I basically told him to kick rocks. He said what did you say, so I repeated myself saying he doesn't know what he's talking about. So he approached me as if to intimidate me telling me to say that again. So I did and said what are you going to do about it fight me.
  
  I don't typically leave reviews like this(negative and seemingly petty), however I don't do business with petty shop keepers that harass potential customers or any customer for that matter.
  
  Otherwise it looks well kept, which is unfortunate since it misleading. Last time I walk into some cleaner for a button, I'll be sewing this at home.
