  I love the food, but service is horrendous. Tea is cold, can't get water refilled. 3 hours spent there is way too much for tea at lunch time during the week. I am so disappointed. This last visit is probably the last straw for me. Apologies for employee that called in but nothing offered as compensation for our lost time. No food for 2 1/2 hours is unacceptable.

  We had a great time! Great options in teas. Our first time and the host and waiter were very helpful. We all loved our teas! The sandwiches and ginger scones were delicious!
